Bicycles hand delivered by Berkshire are fully built and assembled for inspection before being loaded. Some assembly may be required as in pedals or Accessories. Please request these at checkout or by calling the store. Alternatively, we are happy to talk you through the additions upon delivery.
Please note: Assembly tools are not always included and some bikes do not come supplied with pedals. Berkshire cycles cannot reimburse any cost involved with setting up.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us ASAP by calling 01709 361919 or email us via the contact option on the main page. If the order has been dispatched already please use the returns procedure.
To return your product, please mail your product to 207-209 High Street, Crowthorne, Berkshire, RG45 7AQ with your details and reason for returning. You will be responsible for paying of your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our returns policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your'e purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and "free gift" or bonus items. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. But this is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later). After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement. REFUNDS - There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): - Books or other paper product with obvious signs of use - Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error; and - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery We do not offer refunds for sales items, unless they are faulty.
