How long do we retain your information?
Our website has automated features which ensure that no personally identifiable information is retained for any longer than is strictly necessary.

For information held because you have ordered from us, the period is 366 weeks after which time your personal information is removed from the order record within our website.

If you apply for finance through our website, but the transaction does not complete for whatever reason, your personal information is automatically removed from the order record after 8 weeks.

If you commence but do not fully complete an order with us, some of your information may have been captured, however your personal information is automatically removed from the abandoned order record after 4 weeks.

If you have requested a stock alert from our website, your information is retained until the item comes back into stock, or 52 weeks, whichever is the soonest. You are required to confirm all stock alert requests, with unconfirmed requests being removed after a period of 48 hours.

If you have a customer rewards account, it will remain active unless you request us to remove it. If you decide to have your account removed, any points balance will be lost.

If you leave a product review, it will remain active unless you request us to remove it.
How secure is your information?
Your connection to this website utilises SSL technology which encrypts all communications between your browser/device and the site.

Once any information you share with us is received, any data we store within the website is stored in an encypted format which can only be accessed by members of the team.

Access to the administrative sections of our website is tightly limited to prevent access from outside our organisation.

Marketing

Nobody likes to receive unwanted email (SPAM)! We will only send you marketing messages if you have requested it.

  • If you are placing an order with us, you can tell us you would like to receive news and offers by email during checkout by ticking the box.
  • If you have ordered from us before, you may also remove a previously given permission during checkout by not ticking the box.
